I have been to this hotel several times. I have always been very well received. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean, modern and the bedding is very comfortable. It is very well located (between the T17 tram which takes you directly to the University of Geneva - uni-mail, and the Annemasse train station). There is a small Carrefour nearby and a shopping area.

Above all, the people who work in this hotel are very friendly, willing to help and do their best to make your stay excellent and comfortable, and always with a smile. Thanks for the help! And that goes for all the receptionists we met during our stay. The photos match the rooms, clean, new and comfortable facilities. Close to the station and tram, and close to the centre and shops. Good quality/price ratio.
